We take pride in our decaf coffee, naturally decaffeinated using a method derived from sugarcane. This process binds caffeine to a component found in sugarcane, eliminating the need for water soaking or harsh chemicals. The result is a smoother, tastier cup with notes of sweet cherries, maple syrup, and candied almonds.
Our method uses natural ethyl acetate, produced from the esterification of ethyl alcohol and natural acetic acid. Though complex, it ensures safe and effective caffeine extraction for a delightful coffee experience.
