Cadefihuila is an association that is the result of more than 50 years of history in the department of Huila, Colombia. Founded in 2001, it was born as an integration of different cooperatives that sought to represent the interests of coffee growers and help in the commercialization of green coffee. Led by a committee of 8 managers, it has come to position itself as one of the most relevant associations in the coffee sector and currently has more than 4000 coffee grower members. Among its benefits, it offers agro-business technical support, credits, training, health care, school kits, education funds, life insurance, and other services.  

We are serving this coffee as an espresso and as a pour over offering in our shops and recommend it for any home brewing.
