Job Description
Whole Hospitality Commissary Production Team Members prepare, bottle, and package our product lines of cold press juice, popsicles, coffee, and no bake snacks.
Responsibilities:
Follow all brand recipes, procedures, and production schedules
Prepare fruits and vegetables for juicing
Operate juice press machinery
Bottle fresh juices to company recipes
Produce and package popsicles
Produce and package no bake snacks (NOBA)
Produce and package cold brew coffee
Complete daily order pack out for following days deliveries
Organize, maintain, and clean kitchen, refrigerated/frozen storage, and dry storage areas
Safely operate forklift and pallet jacks to move and store products and equipment
Receive deliveries of all products for the Commissary and Roastery
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance of equipment
Assist the Roasting Team with packaging and boxing coffee when needed
Requirements:
Complete ServSafe Food Handlers Certification Course
Complete OSHA Forklift Certification Course
Operate juice press machinery safely and effectively
Perform physical labor and maintain speed of production standards
Ability to safely lift objects up to 50 pounds
Starting:
Full time
$18.00/hour plus tip share of up to $4.00 an hour
