STEP ONE
Pre-wet paper filter and after the water has drawn down.
STEP TWO
Put ground coffee in brewer.
STEP THREE
Tare your scale, pour your freshly ground coffee into the Kalita, set your timer, and bring your water to temperature.
STEP FOUR
Begin following recipe:
0:00 - 30g
0:35 - 130g
1:05 - 180g
1:25 - 230g
1:45 - 280g
2:05 - 340g
2:30 - 400g
FINAL STEP:
Let liquid draw down and your brew should finish by 3:45. Enjoy!
